are currently working in partnership with Emafyl Properties on a 2-year initiative to develop over 100,000 sq.ft. of vacant space in 5 large industrial units on Mellish Industrial Estate in South East London. The project will deliver over 220 self-contained studio units, workshops, education spaces and gallery.

The development will create one of the largest centres of affordable studio space provision for artists and craft and designer makers in Europe.
Phase 1 and 2 was completed in June 2009 with 28 studios being built. Phases 3 and 4 delivered in April 2010 - 37 studios. Phase 5 - 8 studios. Works are currently underway with phases 6 & 7 providing 57 more spaces ready for occupation from August 2010.
