are currently working in partnership with Emafyl Properties on a 2-year initiative to develop over 100,000 sq.ft. of vacant space in 5 large industrial units on Mellish Industrial Estate in Woolwich. The new development will deliver over 200 self-contained studio units, gallery and workshop spaces.

The project will create one of the largest centres of affordable studio space provision for artists in Europe and a flagship project for the UK.
Phase 1 and 2 was completed in June 2009 with 28 studios being built. A further 38 studios with phase 3 are now being released and works are already underway with phases 4 & 5 providing 50 more spaces ready for occupation from August 2010.
