are currently working in partnership with Emafyl Properties on a 5-year initiative to develop over 180,000 sqft. of vacant space in 7 large industrial units on Mellish Industrial Estate in South East London. The project will deliver over 300 self-contained studio units, workshops, an art education centre, open access jewellery makers studio, a 3500 sqft. gallery space, arts cafe and one of London's most spacious open access fine art printmaking studios

The development once complete, will create one of the largest centres of affordable studio space provision for artists, craft-makers and designers in Europe.
Phases 1 and 2 completed June 2009 - 28 studios.
Phases 3 and 4 completed April 2010 - 37 studios and studio members’ communal room.
Phase 5 completed July 2010 - 8 studios.
Phases 6 and 7 - Trinity Wharf Building - completed December 2010 - 28 crafts maker studios and 17 artists’ studios.
Works currently underway with phases 8 and 9 - Unit 4 (Print Works Building) - 60 studios, 5000sq.ft. fine art print studio and 3500sq.ft gallery space. Due to be completed autumn 2011.
